Project: Luke Air Force Base – Housing Renovation

Location: Glendale, AZ
Time Frame: 1 year project, July 2010-July 2011
Scope of Work:
- Install windows in units as necessary
- Remove and reinstall existing window coverings
- Install vinyl plank flooring in kitchen, dining, family and bath rooms
- Install carpet in bedrooms and associated closets and hallways
- Repaint interior of units
- Replace receptacles, switches and associated cover plates as needed
- Tune up and inspect HVAC system
- Perform a CO check on HVAC to ensure safety
- Final Clean

- Replacement of concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks and driveways to existing family housing.
